The Oryx

Having grown up in Namibia where much of my childhood was spent outdoors, seeking adventure and learning about the fine details of the natural environment, I learned that Africa is a place of exploration. It is the kind of lifestyle many young people lack, and it makes for a certain type of person. Hard working and determined yet respectful and humble towards all surroundings. Be it the natural world or urban environment.

Extensive travels throughout Africa, have taught me how the continent operates, shown me the pure side of experiences and helped me understand the “in’s and out’s” of luxury travel.

A continent with so much to offer, such vast exploration opportunities and cultures as old as humanity itself can only leave a traveller in awe. This became my backyard and luxury travel my means of exploration. A strong ethos for conservation allows me to fine tune our products used and we work towards the legacy we want to leave for generations to come.
